Customer Service

In addition to our Editorial and Mobile divisions, TEAMtalk Media ’s office also houses an award-winning Customer Service team for the Network’s online gaming websites, such as SkyBet.com, SkyPoker.com, SkyVegas.com and SkyBingo.com.

Headed by Moeneba Khan, the team operates 24 hours a day – taking calls from 00:00 to 22:00, and responding via chat and email from 22:00 to 00:00.

In April 2007 and again in 2008, the Sky Poker Team – made up of a UK Contact Centre component as well as our very own Cape Town Contact Centre – was honoured with the SKY Award for “Best Customer Care Team”.
